Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts escalated from L1 support within agreed SLAs.
  • •Manage and support Azure and OVH Cloud resources including virtual machines, compute, storage, networking, identity, backup, and monitoring.
  • •Diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure, operating system, network, user access, application availability, and performance issues.
  • •Monitor cloud environments proactively using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, OVH monitoring tools, and third-party monitoring platforms.
  • •Support access/identity administration (Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC), implement approved changes/patches, maintain SOPs/runbooks, and collaborate with L1/L3/architects/vendors for resolution.

Key Requirements
