Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure awareness among project managers regarding safety
  • •Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan
  • •Lead safety meetings with Client & Trades
  • •Supervise client’s project EHS oversight resources, including outsourced EHS professionals
  • •Assess and approve contractor safety plans and review high-risk activities

Key Requirements

  • •Several years’ experience in EHS lead management positions
  • •Experience on large scale, complex projects; Data Center experience preferred but not required
  • •Proficiency in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to coordinate consultants/contractors
  • •Excellent English skills; Finnish language proficiency preferred; availability for on-site work
