Lead health, safety, and wellbeing activities for data centre projects, ensuring clear communication of HSE matters between employees and local managers. Raise and track HSE issues and improvements, support risk assessments and audits, and monitor compliance including mandatory e-learning completion. Maintain HSE compliance data, record incidents and near misses, and help ensure legal compliance checks are carried out with management support.
