Lead and manage maintenance activities for DP World Brisbane's terminal assets, planning and coordinating both scheduled and unplanned maintenance to support all equipment. Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
•Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and schedules.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
•Collaborate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance related to heavy industry, associated workshops, planning and equipment
•Professional engineering or high level Trade qualification in engineering or maintenance disciplines
•Demonstrated ability to manage significant technician & trades workforce
•Experience in the use of maintenance management software applications
•Extensive knowledge of heavy plant equipment scheduled and unscheduled maintenance management plans and techniques
