Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end to end, driving outcomes and metrics with a backlog prioritized by value, risk, dependency, and strategic priority.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX when challenged by engineering, compliance, or ops.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, privacy) and define launch gates.
•Apply AI where it earns its place (human-in-the-loop, evaluation, and safe behavior when unsure) and ship feature-complete behind flags through external partner and regulatory gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end to end with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
•Strong technical foundation in system design (datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency) and the ability to review and challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance, or strong ability to fast-ramp to these constraints.
•Hands-on AI judgement with LLM-based products, including defining what can be decided, evaluation approach (offline/online/human feedback), and safe handling when uncertain.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined ML/LLM eval metrics, and SEA market experience.
