Production Specialist

Support the local production team to produce large-scale concerts across multiple Southern California venues. Partner with Live Nation Production Managers on year-round projects, manage scheduling for runners and site operators, and coordinate rentals and interdepartmental communication. Facilitate hospitality between artists and caterers, help meet backstage needs to ensure contract fulfillment, maintain organized show records, and process show invoices and expenses.
