Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of statutory financial reporting for Allianz Partners German holding.
  • •Perform IFRS and German GAAP closings and conduct analytical reviews of accounts.
  • •Maintain IFRS/German GAAP bridges by reconciling differences and documenting booking schemes.
  • •Prepare and submit German BaFin and regulatory reports; act as key contact for statutory auditors (audit packs, findings, follow-ups).
  • •Execute consolidation activities at AzP level and support group reporting (data release, GL drill-down, period lock, controls and reconciliations).

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant with an insurance or financial services background.
  • •Fluent German with proven experience applying German GAAP and working on statutory reporting.
  • •Experience performing IFRS & German GAAP closings (monthly/quarterly/annual) and analytical account reviews.
  • •Experience with German tax package deliverables, including CBCR and related tax reporting.
  • •Experience with SAP and high-risk reporting, plus consolidation activities (intercompany eliminations, FX translation).
