Key Responsibilities

  • •Unify and mature the security, IT, and compliance function with shared standards, risk language, and a scalable roadmap
  • •Own application security posture: vulnerability management, penetration testing, security reviews, and security-by-default practices
  • •Scale compliance and GRC: run the SOC 2 Type 2 audit cycle, mature evidence collection, and expand frameworks
  • •Lead reliable IT operations for a 100% remote, globally distributed org, including tooling decisions and identity governance
  • •Represent security and compliance posture to enterprise customers and leadership, including questionnaire and due-diligence communications

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in security, IT, or GRC with at least 3 years managing a team
  • •Breadth across application security, IT operations, and compliance/GRC
  • •AppSec depth: familiarity with OWASP and experience running vulnerability management programs (Snyk or equivalent) and security review processes
  • •IT operations leadership: identity and access management (Okta or equivalent), endpoint management, and supporting a remote workforce at scale
  • •Strategic communication skills to translate security and compliance into business language for leadership and customers
