Job Summary

Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles to meet CarMax safety, quality, and reliability standards. Perform work ranging from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including multi-point inspections and accurate documentation. Replace and repair vehicle components used in reconditioning, and support alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics as your skills grow. Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax standards aligned to experience level.
•Perform automotive services from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
•Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings and completed work.
•Repair or replace vehicle components such as trim, seals, and panels to support reconditioning.
•Assist with alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.2 - 31.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Basic to intermediate automotive repair experience, including engines, brakes, suspension, or HVAC systems.
•Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.

•Valid driver’s license required.
