  • •Perform complex quantitative analysis across airport performance areas to identify insights and improve policies and procedures.
  • •Analyze turn performance by studying interconnected steps from gate arrival to departure.
  • •Analyze airport manpower planning and provide data/tools to support optimal staffing mix and recovery during disruptions.
  • •Study baggage handling end-to-end to identify root causes of mishandlings and develop process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Applied Statistics, Data Mining, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related.
  • •3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year with SQL querying and/or reporting (or equivalent coursework).
  • •Experience pulling and manipulating data using SQL and/or other tools such as Python, R, SAS, or Databricks.
  • •Experience with Tableau or PowerBI and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/Charts).
  • •Project and problem-solving skills, including managing projects across departments and structuring analytical frameworks.
