Key Responsibilities

  • •Timely oversee production line status (tools, WIP) and coordinate for best production performance (output, cycle time).
  • •Analyze production-related data and provide dynamic strategy to achieve production KPI goals.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives including workload reduction, lost time reduction, scheduling optimization, and Q-time control.
  • •Lead operators to monitor production status and provide feedback on capacity issues.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes; coordinate with design engineering on new product releases and maintain manufacturing records.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of production line management.
  • •Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • •Willing to work in shifts (day/night) with specified shift rotation.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and set priorities based on timelines.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure.
