Key Responsibilities

•Automate and design scalable, SQL-backed workflows and API-driven processes to reduce manual work and improve velocity, quality, and cost.
•Identify high-leverage AI use cases for operations (triage, routing, QA, forecasting, SOP generation) and deploy practical AI tools.
•Define, track, and improve core operational KPIs (productivity, quality, scalability) to drive revenue and profitability.
•Stand up data models, dashboards, and processes that turn ambiguity into repeatable, auditable operations.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to scope requirements, align on SLAs, and deliver durable solutions.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years in technical operations, data/analytics, software, consulting, or similar in a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment.
•Strong SQL skills (joins, windows, CTEs, performance basics) and experience with Retool or similar internal tooling; comfortable with APIs and basic web scraping.
•Experience evaluating and deploying AI/LLM tools to real workflows, including prompting and guardrails.
•Ability to translate business problems into data models, pipelines, and lightweight services that scale.
•Track record of driving projects from idea to shipped, adopted, and measured impact.
