Job Summary

Analyze and optimize commercial performance across the sales ecosystem by monitoring KPIs, dashboards, CRM, call center workflows, and reporting on team effectiveness. Track commercial customer health, flag risks to service quality and revenue, and support product and business improvements using competitor and sales feedback. Manage add-on service setups, coordinate sales documentation and payment tracking with Legal/Finance, and deliver ad hoc analyses for supervisors.
