Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering expertise for ServiceNow data, AI readiness, data quality, integrations, and AI-related capabilities such as Now Assist.
  • •Assess AI readiness across architecture, CSDM/CMDB, data structures, knowledge bases, security, access, and governance; identify gaps and prerequisites.
  • •Configure, test, and support Government-approved ServiceNow AI features (e.g., Now Assist for ITSM, Virtual Agent enhancements, GenAI capabilities).
  • •Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines for AI workloads, including normalization, enrichment, governance, and model-ready structuring; support Workflow Data Fabric and data architecture.
  • •Evaluate new ServiceNow AI products/updates and manage risks, governance considerations, integration dependencies, and release/testing/knowledge transfer activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data, IT, or related field.
  • •6+ years of overall IT engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI engineering or AI-enabled workflow development.
  • •2+ years of ServiceNow data/integration experience (e.g., IntegrationHub, AI/Now Assist) and strong knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling (CSDM, CMDB), integrations, and workflow automation.
