Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as designated primary service contact for a book of business (100–499 lives) and respond to customer inquiries received by 2pm the same day.
  • •Manage day-to-day service work including agent of record changes, licensing updates, amendment activity, billing resolutions, data feed setup, and claim escalation resolution.
  • •Partner with Implementation Managers to implement new business and support enrollment events from a customer-facing perspective for state-mandated coverage.
  • •Manage renewal processes by requesting renewal census, coordinating underwriting receipt and delivery, communicating renewal decisions, and negotiating with underwriting on behalf of client/broker.
  • •Work cross-organization to resolve issues, collaborate with sales executives on growth opportunities, and perform continual process improvement via special projects/committees.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma required.
  • •Strong sales aptitude and ability to communicate contract provisions to customers.
  • •Proficient computer skills with Windows XP, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • •Excellent customer service, communication (verbal, written, interpersonal), and organizational skills.
  • •Mathematics aptitude with ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.
