Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to First Line Leaders and maintain full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and performance.
  • •Drive proactive safety culture; review and close safety actions and ensure EHS compliance.
  • •Own overall group operational performance: meet production targets and daily execution through First Line Leaders.
  • •Directly lead, coach, and develop First Line Leaders; conduct performance reviews and ensure manpower utilization.
  • •Escalate unresolved issues to cross-functional partners and lead structured problem solving and corrective/preventive action implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide leadership with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and group performance.
  • •Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with people management experience.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; Lean manufacturing knowledge (5S+, Kaizen, standard work).
  • •Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering Management) in an engineering/industrial discipline.
  • •Proficiency with EHS and quality tools (e.g., incident investigation, layered process audits, root cause analysis/PFMEA, control plans) and ability to read engineering drawings/specifications.
