Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operational continuity and technical robustness by overseeing Process Engineering and Production activities within the plant.
  • •Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
  • •Optimize converting processes to improve productivity, yield, machine reliability, and scrap reduction using data-driven analysis and continuous monitoring.
  • •Monitor production KPIs across shifts and drive timely corrective and preventive actions for deviations, downtime, and performance trends.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Plant Management to support continuous improvement, standardization, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience in process engineering, quality management, or continuous improvement roles within manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience in paper, paper converting, or other continuous-process industries with high technical variability.
  • •Hands-on experience managing non-conformities, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues.
  • •Strong ability to analyze production and quality data and translate it into corrective and preventive actions.
