Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately weigh raw materials using product code, batch numbers, and SU’s to verify ingredients used.
  • •Add materials according to the work order sheet in a timely fashion.
  • •Fill daily packing sheets and ensure packaging and labeling meet customer or internal instructions.
  • •Assist with pre-weighing, washing of tanks, and materials used in daily production.
  • •Perform or follow GMPs and safety rules; verify materials before, during, and after the weigh process and inspect/confirm ingredients.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/Equivalent.
  • •SAP and inventory experience.
  • •At least one year of experience as a split operator or operator role.
  • •Ability to lead and train packer and/or split on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Strong math aptitude for calculating kilograms per thousand and bag weights, plus ability to troubleshoot and verify materials during the weigh process.
