Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • •Organize and maintain inventory storage areas with proper labeling, shelving, and accessibility.
  • •Issue materials and supplies based on requisitions/work orders while maintaining accurate transaction records.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, conduct physical counts and audits, and reorder supplies to prevent stockouts.
  • •Inspect goods for damage/defects, document discrepancies, coordinate resolutions, and support safe warehousing and HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, including 2 years relevant experience.
  • •Strong attention to detail for recording inventory transactions and identifying discrepancies.
  • •Ability to organize and maintain storage areas for easy retrieval and proper labeling.
  • •Effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Preferably SAP/ERP functional skills.
