Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate timely customer, customer care, 3PLs, and production operations responses using the Supply Chain Cockpit Process.
  • •Manage domestic and international route bookings with sufficient lead time for customer arrangements.
  • •Maintain system master data (e.g., transit times, pallet calculations) and update OTIF performance reporting with corrective actions.
  • •Communicate delivery discrepancies and potential service failures; ensure delivery creation and carrier communication align with customer and site requirements.
  • •Coordinate shipment documentation and freight costing for accurate carrier invoicing; support special transport deliveries, invoice disputes/credits, and transport-related non-conformances in SAP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience in Transport Planning.
  • •First experience in a Transport Planning role.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory) and required Excel skills; PowerBI familiarity is a plus.
  • •Fluent English written and spoken.
  • •Industry knowledge in Food Ingredients & Flavours or Beverage is advantageous but not essential.
