Build trusted relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement, using a digital-first mindset to understand needs and provide tailored guidance. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, deliver an optimal client experience, process basic transactions, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
