•Serve as primary contact and trusted financial advisor/business partner to business banking clients.
•Drive focused growth by analyzing client/prospect business and industry trends and building a holistic understanding of each account.
•Educate clients on KeyBank capabilities and how products (cash management, payments, equipment finance, etc.) impact their business.
•Maintain an active prospecting effort, including identification, qualification, calling, and building a Center of Influence (COI) referral network.
•Lead and participate in credit processes and portfolio management activities, ensuring sound asset quality and accurate risk assessment while partnering with Credit.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required).
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a small business/commercial lending environment (required).
•Minimum 1 year of experience cross-selling products and ability/track record to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals (required).
•Ability to build trust with a client-centric approach and take a long-term, innovative problem-solving approach.
•Ability to understand financial, operational, and strategic drivers of client organizations and manage risk/reward trade-offs effectively.
