Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design projects and coordinate with Clients, Site Managers and multiple engineering disciplines to implement the design program.
•Manage the design process and provide high-value technical expertise for assigned projects.
•Coordinate with team members and disciplines for design program implementation, including conducting design charrettes and review workshops.
•Lead the development of construction documents for a wide range of Federal projects.
•Perform on-site observations and facility condition assessments to ensure compliance and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
•10+ years of experience in architecture or engineering, including experience with AEP project delivery for USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC and/or DoD client agencies.
•PE or RA registration.
•US Citizenship is required.
•Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance.
