Key Responsibilities

  • •Run GTM recruiting processes end-to-end for SDRs and GTM Associates across multiple regions.
  • •Manage interview logistics across time zones, ensuring speed and precision.
  • •Own candidate experience by serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensuring a high-quality, thoughtful experience.
  • •Drive recruiting operations by maintaining data in Ashby and ensuring timely feedback and progress tracking.
  • •Support evaluation and hiring decisions, including reference checks and screening, and partner with GTM leadership on hiring priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
  • •Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • •Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools
