Client Services Associate I

Resolve routine and complex client service issues for Interactive Brokers’ execution and trading platforms, including IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader. Support inquiries covering account administration, order types and routing, settlement and corporate actions, and margin calculations. Coordinate with internal client service teams and departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance, while contributing to client service systems, policies, and procedures.
