Job Summary

Support public outreach and stakeholder engagement for a major transmission upgrade project. Serve as an on-the-ground liaison between the project and the community, help develop and monitor outreach strategies, and draft content for project social media channels. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support public meetings and community events, and monitor and archive escalated media coverage of project issues.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled in an accredited political science, journalism, economics, environmental studies, or related undergraduate program.
•Demonstrated interest in public affairs, infrastructure, clean energy, or related work.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
•Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute assigned projects.
•Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, and spreadsheets, plus authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
