Job Summary

Ensure safety and Trust & Safety policies are enforced accurately at scale by conducting analytical audits of human moderation. Perform root-cause analysis on recurring quality issues, interpret complex high-risk cases, and validate benchmark “golden sets” to improve enforcement accuracy. Lead calibration across moderation teams, escalate edge cases, and cascade policy updates. Use AI, QA dashboards, and reporting tools to deliver weekly and monthly accuracy/error trend insights, plus training rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and hit audit targets.
•Perform deep-dives and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) into recurring quality issues, translating findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and teams.
•Interpret safety guidelines and validate benchmark “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy, especially for complex or high-risk cases.
•Lead calibration sessions across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive global quality goals.
•Leverage AI and QA dashboards/RCA tools to produce weekly and monthly reports on accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps, and support training rollouts for policy updates.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
•Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability to identify trend patterns and suggest process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
•Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex, ambiguous, or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, including leading calibration sessions and delivering training to align on global quality goals.
•Fluency in German (required) and English for interacting with local content and stakeholders and operating as the primary working language.
