Key Responsibilities

•Support Commercial Transactions News Legal attorneys with day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks across the full contract lifecycle
•Draft, review, revise, and manage commercial agreements and related documents, including vendor, technology, e-commerce, events, licensing, services, statements of work, work orders, amendments, and renewals, independently using approved templates and playbooks or in collaboration with attorneys
•Prepare contract summaries, redlines, signature packets, and related correspondence for attorney review
•Coordinate the team’s matter intake process, triage contract requests, and help attorneys prioritize matters to support timely and efficient service to the business
•Maintain the contract lifecycle management system and related records, ensuring accurate tracking of key dates, deadlines, renewals, obligations, and status updates

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant experience in contracts management, legal operations, paralegal support, or a comparable role in an in-house legal department, law firm, or professional services environment
•Experience in media, entertainment, technology, or other content-driven industries is a plus
•Demonstrated experience supporting the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including familiarity with common commercial contract terms and workflows
•Experience using contract lifecycle management tools, document management systems, or comparable legal operations platforms
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and comfort learning and using legal technology tools
