  • •Lead development and implementation of strategic plans to drive profitable opportunities within the Commercial Middle Market segment, ensuring risk quality aligns with strategy
  • •Provide guidance and technical authority on industry referrals; support underwriting teams nationwide with expert advisory and collaboration
  • •Advise national field underwriting on risk selection, broker relationships, portfolio management, and profitability in line with business strategy
  • •Collaborate with industry leaders to establish underwriting guidelines, authority, appetite, and standards while developing retention and new business strategies
  • •Coordinate with Risk Management, Claims, Product, and Actuarial teams to monitor trends, regulatory changes, and portfolio performance; implement continuous improvement strategies

Key Requirements
