Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on bid strategy, vendor prequalification, proposal/bid assessment, bid interviews, and bid recommendations.
  • •Develop and manage project estimating, including reviewing junior work, presenting estimates, and providing value engineering and risk assessment recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting and forecasting, including maintaining a commercial risk register and conducting periodic meetings with project teams and vendors.
  • •Run cost control by reviewing payment application assessments, recommending contractor entitlements, evaluating change order requests, and supporting dispute prevention/management/resolution.
  • •Oversee invoicing and final accounting processes, including post-contract audits, account close-outs, and post-contract reviews to produce lesson-learned and training materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is valuable.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium or large commercial, corporate interiors, workplace/office, or regional hub construction projects.
  • •Strong communication skills and good knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
