•Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store and contribute to store sales and KPI achievement
•Execute the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards and maintain a brand-focused, consumer-centric store experience
•Utilize product knowledge and omnichannel tools to guide customers through digital touchpoints and ensure a seamless shopping journey
•Complete sales transactions efficiently, adhere to cash protection procedures, and maximize add-on opportunities at the point of sale
•Collaborate with teammates to maintain visual merchandising standards, support stock replenishment, and continuously improve store operations

Key Requirements

•Between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
•Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
