Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain PLC/HMI solutions using Rockwell applications and develop SCADA systems for MES.
  • •Provide production support by troubleshooting, determining root cause, and repairing control-related production equipment with Maintenance.
  • •Ensure safety policies/standards are practiced in production through proper control systems and implement safety system support.
  • •Support continuous improvement, including factory cost out and Rapid Improvement Events using lean six sigma tools.
  • •Handle engineering change orders, design reviews, CAPEX identification/implementation, commissioning/start-up, upgrades/modifications, preventive maintenance programs, and technical training/documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •3 years of PLC programming/troubleshooting and HMI configuration experience and system development.
  • •Reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY (no relocation offered).
