Key Responsibilities

  • •Track renewal deadlines for active NP, MD, and RN licenses and prompt clinical staff to complete renewals.
  • •Manage CAQH re-attestation cycles and keep CAQH profiles up to date with provider, license, and COI changes.
  • •Monitor and run Medicare and Medicaid revalidation cycles and payer recredentialing, following up on outstanding items.
  • •Collect and update provider personal documentation and route it to payer or credentialing systems as required.
  • •Handle end-to-end credentialing offboarding for departing providers, including payer disenrollment and CAQH offboarding.
