Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in CAP professional and technical training and on-the-job learning to accelerate your ramp at TI.
  • •Complete FAST Technical Sales track rotations, including Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.
  • •Learn TI’s sales process and how to find, define, and win customer opportunities in real-time and simulated environments.
  • •Scale selling actions across customers and practice scalable selling techniques and decision-making in imperfect circumstances.
  • •After successful completion, support Technical Sales Representative responsibilities including identifying projects with engineering teams and developing, forecasting, and monitoring revenue growth plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Ability to balance strong technical skills with relationship-building capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in teams across functions.
