Onsite IT Support Specialist

Serve as the in-person face of IT for Luxury Presence’s Austin office, handling the helpdesk queue and walk-up requests while troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and basic networking. You’ll provision and maintain employee workstations, manage IT equipment inventory, and support AV in open areas and conference rooms. Partner closely with the Director of IT and an IT Engineer to keep a 150+ person office running smoothly.
