  • •Oversee the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle, from ideation and experimentation to production testing and deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related); Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • •5+ years designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, ideally in retail personalization, with an emphasis on agentic capabilities.
  • •2+ years experience as a team technical lead or direct people manager.
  • •Ability to write and review production-grade code, ideally in Python.
  • •Experience with online A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance metrics; familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed data systems.
