Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula support to clients in California.
  • •Attend births as a doula as part of your doula practice.
  • •Complete and maintain required training such as Adult and infant CPR and HIPAA.
  • •Participate in Loula’s partnership process, including completing the interest form and screening questions.
  • •Use Loula’s referral and matching support to connect with insured clients while maintaining your own practice in a non-exclusive network.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Be located in California (and meet the minimum qualifications) to move forward with an introductory meeting.
