Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify supplier bottlenecks/capacity constraints and develop improvement and mitigation plans to improve on-time delivery.
  • •Lead leading-indicator data collection and tracking including RM availability, orders, WIP tracking, quality notification closures, and sub-tier supplier tracking.
  • •Drive process improvement and project work to completion, including identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • •Work with suppliers and internal teams to understand product/operational processes and remove barriers to business goals for on-time delivery.
  • •Participate in supplier leadership forums (Commodity Days, EMMs, SEMO) and co-lead with customers and supplier development leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.

  • •Experience in operations or supply chain management (or related field).
