Senior Tax Analyst

Support state income and franchise tax planning, modeling, and compliance, including apportionment analysis, nexus considerations, and unitary/group filing issues. Prepare corporate income and franchise tax returns, calculate estimated payments and taxable income forecasts, and conduct research on state tax matters. Assist with tax controversy and state tax audits, partner with internal teams on tax special projects, and improve tax processes using OneSource, document management tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
