Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
  • •Manage day-to-day goods receipt and storage, preparing items for sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
  • •Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines and timelines.
  • •Manage the flow of e-commerce orders and damaged/not-sellable products, including items under repair.
  • •Support physical and cycle inventories, maintaining security and cleanliness of the warehouse and helping optimize warehouse space.

Key Requirements

  • •Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
  • •Understanding of luxury customer service.
  • •Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • •Ability to work in a team as well as alone.
