Data Engineer

Design and deliver scalable, secure data platforms that support better decisions across Serco’s Australian and Asia Pacific operations. In the DTS Products & Digital Capability team, you’ll build resilient ETL/ELT pipelines, implement data platforms and APIs, lead end-to-end enterprise data delivery, and improve data quality through monitoring, automation, and reliability efforts. You’ll also optimize cloud infrastructure, CI/CD practices, and mentor engineers while driving engineering standards and continuous improvement.
