Key Responsibilities

•Supervise VIP Host to ensure all VIPs are handled properly.
•Provide management with feedback regarding the VIP experience.
•Recognize Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage.
•Serve as an information resource for guests in both lounges and music areas.
•Assist with show timing for supporting acts and headliners, and coordinate with manager, bar staff, and server regarding guest arrivals.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
