Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct a team performing cargo, courier, and mail handling/processing in line with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • •Inspect, verify, and count goods at delivery/acceptance/breakdown/build-up points, and update shipment details in Skychain.
  • •Liaise with government authorities (e.g., customs, health, police) to ensure timely cargo movement.
  • •Ensure dangerous goods and time/temperature-sensitive/pharmaceutical shipments comply with IATA DGR and EU GDP requirements.
  • •Monitor airside acceptance to delivery flow (ULD/AWB monitoring, loading/unloading, irregularity checks) and advise on deviations to maintain service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a cargo or logistics environment.
  • •Fluent communication in English (written and spoken).
  • •Knowledge of aircraft handling, ramp handling, and cargo terminal handling procedures.
  • •Competence in Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Dangerous Goods handling, plus effective use of MS Office and a cargo management system.
