Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Facilities and Maintenance with timely repairs and maintenance of facility building equipment.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, and repair irregular conditions on equipment, including timely follow-up on work orders and performing preventative maintenance.
  • •Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs and small projects throughout the PBG Camp area.
  • •Maintain Perrysburg building and grounds facilities using applicable resources and equipment, including assisting with office moves and installation of signage/safety equipment.
  • •Interface with other departments, contractors, and suppliers and adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.97 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting (or relevant experience).
  • •Or skilled electrical or mechanical trade experience with 3 years in a manufacturing setting (or relevant experience).
  • •Or an associate degree in a technical discipline with 3 years in a manufacturing setting (or relevant experience).
  • •Solid mechanical inclination and working knowledge of facilities systems, including commercial building utilities, air compressors, emergency generators, plumbing, fire detection, and facility systems.
  • •Knowledge of MAXIMO CMMS and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues using professional knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
