Job Summary

Provide general maintenance services to a designated property portfolio, reporting faults through the AORA IT system and helping ensure properties remain compliant and fit for purpose. Carry out health and safety checks, review relevant property reports before works, manage materials/PPE purchases from approved suppliers, and handle tools, waste disposal, and garden maintenance. Work to scheduled priorities and support effective completion of KPI and planned maintenance tasks.

•Provide general maintenance services to a designated area or number of properties.
•Report faults using the AORA IT system to ensure faults are recorded and closed for the property portfolio.
•Ensure health and safety requirements for property users are met and works follow risk assessments and method statements.
•Manage furniture and inventory by repairing or replacing furniture to comply with the contract.
•Purchase and manage materials/PPE from approved suppliers, obtain required approvals/receipts, and dispose of waste in approved areas.

Travel: Low travel

•General DIY experience
•A willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver’s licence is essential).

•Check relevant property reports (e.g., asbestos, dangerous persons) before undertaking works or request additional reports when needed.
•Complete works in line with risk assessments and method statements.
