Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full procurement cycle for construction equipment, from needs identification to order finalization and timely delivery.
  • •Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing; secure optimal outcomes for Rowan.
  • •Oversee equipment procurement budget to ensure alignment with financial goals and on-time arrival.
  • •Build and maintain supplier/manufacturer/rental relationships; evaluate and research new suppliers for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and equipment quality.
  • •Track and analyze procurement costs, monitor vendor performance and compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards, and maintain procurement records for audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven construction procurement experience for a mid-to-large-scale general contractor (or similar organization).

  • •Experience managing sizable projects or a portfolio of multiple initiatives.
  • •Proficiency in Procore (or Bluebeam) and other construction management software; working knowledge of green building practices.
