  • •Proactively identify and mitigate account risks tied to technical complexity and accelerate time-to-value through deployment guidance.
  • •Own and execute account strategy across a portfolio to drive customer maturity, retention, and revenue realization while tracking business outcomes.
  • •Translate technical health and risk into business-critical insights through customer business reviews and success plans.
  • •Amplify the customer voice across MongoDB by coordinating across Sales, Product, Services, and Support and coaching peers during hiring/ramp activities.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services/Implementation, Technical Account Management) for a deeply technical, ideally consumption-based, product.
  • •4+ years of experience accountable for customer health and revenue realization for Enterprise customers.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and business outcomes and solve complex problems across audiences.
  • •Experience conducting comprehensive customer business reviews and translating technical health and risk into business-critical outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM, or equivalent technical work experience.
