Sr. Project Manager

Lead development and implementation of strategically important technologies and processes across the enterprise. You’ll manage projects and initiatives end-to-end, drive requirements, support change management from scoping through implementation, and continuously improve standard work within Trane’s Business Operating System (BOS). Partner with engineering teams on NPD, NTP, Productivity, ETO, and Agile efforts, coordinate AOP/PA lifecycle with stakeholders, track milestones and budgets, and resolve action items while ensuring compliance with company processes.
