Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop banking and leadership skills through a fast-paced 24-month hands-on Management Trainee programme.
  • •Build an understanding of purpose, values, and strategy, including how decisions are made and customers are served.
  • •Participate in bank-wide projects and key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation.
  • •Develop core competencies across one of the business streams (Commercial Banking, Global Markets, Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, or Retail Banking and Wealth).
  • •Gain cross-functional exposure and use data to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or higher (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years’ full-time work experience, or due to graduate by July 2027.
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.
