Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and ensure the accuracy of GAAP-compliant financial statements for the North America Offshore region, including internal controls.
•Manage the business cycle (3-year plan, budgets, and forecasts) and define KPIs across Operations, MFG, R&D, ENG, and Supply Chain.
•Analyze organizational performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation, including corrective action plans as needed.
•Advise functional managers on finance approaches, processes, and procedures, and support NA Ops leaders with commercial finance responsibilities for product line and customer revenue analysis.
•Lead medium-sized projects or contribute to larger projects; handle month-end tasks such as journal entries preparation, account reconciliations, and weekly revenue/margin file setup and distribution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of Finance experience).
•Working knowledge of SAP/HFM/Anaplan/cFIN (preferred).

•Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage deadlines, including month-end/quarter-end extra hours.
